Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with The Learning Lab. We strive to provide quality educational resources and services. Please read our refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products
   All digital products, including downloadable resources, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a purchase is completed and the product is downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

    

2. Physical Products (if applicable)
   If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds will only be considered in cases where replacements cannot be provided.

    

3. Cancellation of Services
   If you have booked a service that involves live sessions or custom educational assistance, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions.
